Returns Policy

We understand that it can be difficult ordering online. We know that sometimes items just don't work out. We want to make sure your return is as easy as possible. Please review the policies below to make sure your item is eligible for return. 

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt.
• Returns mush be received in original, unused condition.
• Items that are returned worn, with stains such as makeup or deodorant, pet hair and smoke or perfume smell will not be accepted and will be retured to you with a 10.00 charge. 
• No returns on sale items. 
• All shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
• You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

• Shipping is within the U.S. only.
• We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed.
• Shipping of items take place Monday-Friday.
• Please allow 1-2 days for processing of instock items not including weekends or holidays.
• Once items are shipped please allow 3-5 business days to receive the items.
• Please note that there may be delays beyond our control such as weather and holidays.
